This session will be customized to your needs using a combination of various modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, Myofascial release, joint mobilizations/stretching, and energy healing.

This session will be customized to your needs using a combination of massage & cupping.

Each cupping session is individually tailored for each client. During a cupping session silicone and/or bio-magnetic cups are gently placed on the client’s skin. Massage cream is applied in order to be able to move the cups around easily. The cups create a vacuum that pulls the toxins out of the tissues and brings them to the surface allowing the body to heal on a much deeper level. While traditionally fire has been used during cupping sessions, during these sessions no fire is used.

Reiki or Energy Healing is a form of alternative medicine. During a Reiki Session, a Reiki practitioners use a technique called hands-on healing. This technique allows the practitioner to transfer universal/healing energy through their palms to the client. This healing energy encourages emotional healing and supports physical healing.

Crystal Healing Session
During a Crystal Healing Session, crystals are placed on a table next to you and the energy of each crystal is then channeled to you. Each crystal vibrates at a different frequency (depending on their properties). Crystals are chosen intuitively and specifically based on the needs of the client. The crystals work with the client's energy field to shift, absorb, direct and focus energy within the body.
